  • Natural Hair Dyes

Posted on December 24th, 2009 No comments

If you are thinking about dying your hair then you are going to have to make a choice on what exact product you are going to use. You can ether use natural hair dyes or you can use synthetic hair dyes. Both of these products have their ups and downs. In this article I am going to discuss the benefits and disadvantages of both products.

    Natural Dyes

Natural hair dyes are starting to make a bit of a comeback in today’s market. A lot of people are moving towards the organic products because of the health benefits that they can give you. Organic products treat you hair a lot better and they do not kill your hair as much as chemical ones do.

It is also known that natural hair products are far more cheaper then chemical ones. A lot of people even go about making them from the comfort of their home. The only problem with these products is that they are not as strong and effective for some people. If you want to know if organic products are right for you, you need to give them a try and see as they do not work for everyone.

    Chemical Dyes

Chemical hair dyes are far more effective then natural ones and as a result they generally cost a lot more. Most hairdressers will use chemical hair dyes and this is why it will cost you a lot more money to get your hair done.

There are a few health problems and concerns with using chemical products. Many people find that they experience dry skin problems and other things when using synthetic hair products. I have even had this type of problem myself.

If this happens to you then there are two things that you can try doing. You can always try using a different product as some people are allergic to some. If this style is not working for you then consider trying out organic products for a change.

There are a number of things that pop up on a regular basis for jewelers and it pays to learn how to deal with these so that they don’t take up too much of your time and to enable you to make as much money as possible.

When trying to sell wedding bands to an engaged couple there are a few things you will want to keep in mind to make the biggest sale possible. Many couples will enter your premises with a specific wedding ring set in mind, probably put there by a well meaning relative who wanted to give them some valuable advice.

Its your job to bring them round to a more expensive way of thinking, which if you can manage with every couple will mean a huge increase in profits over the year. The simplest up sell is to introduce the couple to a 18 or even 22 carat set in a natural way. If you have many different styles of purer gold rings you can easily bring them into the mix and encourage customers to move up in price range without appearing pushy.

  • The Legend of The Cross Tattoo Designs

Posted on November 18th, 2009 admin No comments

Tattoos are believed to have started in the beautiful islands of Hawaii, where the brave young men withstood raw tools and painful hours getting permanent marks on their bodies as proof of their courage and standing in the community. Women also got tattoos as a beauty mark.

Technically, there really is no legend, but there is a misconception about the cross tattoo designs. Long before the cross was used to symbolize Christianity, it was a pagan symbol. It represented anger and war. Later on, the cross was used to stand for nature, life and death.

A cross tattoo is more than just a permanent mark on your skin. It represents your belief and affiliations. For instance, the most hated swastika is a cruel symbol of the cross, with its bent ends, but still a cross since it has an intersection point. Which will your cross tattoo stand for?

  • Fading My Tattoo With Wrecking Balm

Posted on October 27th, 2009 admin No comments

I’ve got a tattoo on my thigh that I don’t want any longer. It’s not such a bad place to have an unwanted tattoo – the thigh is very easy to conceal as far as shielding my tattoo from other eyes. Nevertheless, I’d like to not have to bother with such things, and to that end, I bought something called a “tattoo removal cream” a few months ago.

Known as Wrecking Balm – not Wrecking Ball, as if commonly confused with! – this fade and removal kit is doing exactly what I’d hoped. It’s slowly fading out the tattoo ink from thigh and it’s doing so without any pain and without costing me a lot of money.

Other tattoo removal methods simply can’t say the same. They all hurt and they all cost a lot of money. Wrecking Balm tattoo cost under $100 for a kit, causes no pain whatsoever, and I don’t even have to mess with a doctor or go to any offices. It’s as easy as applying it to my thigh when I’m getting ready for bed right before I wash my face.

I expect that a few more applications from my kit, and it will be effectively removed through Wrecking Balm. Very cool!

  • Furry Slipper Boots

Posted on October 24th, 2009 admin No comments

One thing that I think is unpractical is a pair of furry slipper boots. These slipper shoes are covered in fur on the outside. The reason that I think they are a bad idea is that there is no appropriate time to wear them. They are excessively hot to wear in the spring, summer, or fall. The only season that makes any sense is winter. However, you cannot get them wet. If you get the fur wet, it gets stringy and limp. Even after you dry them, they will never be quite the same. If you live in a climate like mine where it rains and snows all winter long, it does not make much sense to wear furry slipper boots in the winter either. That eliminates all the seasons and these shoes become very impractical.
