For anyone looking for interesting food recipes, then you should probably have a look at the wacky food known as chow chow pickles.  It’s kinda amazing all the chow chow pickle recipes that are out there.  I found a few YouTube recipes, about how this guy cooked up some sort of coleslaw like canning recipe that uses Chow Chow pickles.  I’m not sure it’s something that looked all the appetizing to me, but he certainly seem to think it was something special.  Who get’s the idea to do canning recipes with their video camera, and then post them for the world to see, but I guess it takes all types.  I posted a video one time about what was in my squash (the game not the vegetable) bag, just for something to practice on, and another guy did the exact same thing, and linked them together.  Just too weird for me.
