Ice fishing is really unique and different then summer fishing. It is a really nice experience to be fishing on the lake on a nice day.

This article is going to give you a few small ice fishing tips.

It is best if you go ice fishing on a day that is not too cold. If you go out when it is too cold you are putting yourself at risk of getting frostbite. Remember it is always cooler on the lake then it is back home.

When ice fishing it is best to use jigs as your tackle of choice. I have found that if you bob these off the bottom of the lake you will get decent results.

The more holes that you have on the lake the better of chance you will catch fish. Just remember that you can not go over your limit.

Winter time is not around all year so it is best to get out while you still can.
