Things you didn’t know about Futon Beds

Did you know that the word Futon comes from a Japanese term of a bed? So Futon Beds are of foreign descent after all! These are foldable beds with padding which you can easily store and fold after you have slept on it during the night.
There happens to be two layers of the original Japanese bed called the shikibuton or the mattress found in the bottom part and the kakebuton which is the thick quilt on top of it. That is what makes these Futon Beds so comfortable to sleep on after a hard day’s work.
These beds are sold in department stores and specialty stores so it would not be a bother for you to drive to a far away place just to get your hands on them.
